Untidy rooms. Had to call the housekeeping to change the bedsheets and covers. There were stains on it

Staff very polite and supportive. Room neat and clean. Buffet dinner very delicious and fresh. Will definitely recommend

Poorly trained staff with very poor attitude. Reception manager was good but room service was pathetic. Refused to give coffee after 10 pm

location of the property is good. room size is adequate.. room service was excellent… hotel is still continuing with outdated window acs.. bathroom was not upto the mark & my expectations, with poor functioning of shower .. the complementary breakfast was lacking cereals & seasonal fruits/juices & freshly made tea/coffee/hot milk.

The hotel staff was good, however the room needs more maintenance and cleaning. The room door had an issue to unlock and lock. The bathroom is not maintained properly and the water tap has issues. Breakfast was decent.

Excellent hotel, staff very caring and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast is nice. Every day different menu. Only recommendation is breakfast tea need to be the proper chay and not the machine made. Morning tea is important. Location is good.
